"Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop...

"We found the property clean and spacious with excellent amenities and comfortable beds. The place is mostly self-service and sometimes it feels like you’re the only one staying there, but our interactions with the staff was wholly positive. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet but the train and subway station are both nearby and the Co-op supermarket nearby was excellent as were the area restaurants. We’ll have this place in mind for any future visits to Kyoto!"
