"The water park was amazing. The area was clean and they had plenty of towels pool towels available. Front desk was very professional. I called house keeping because my grandson got sick and they came within 10 minutes of my call. Then I had to call maintenance because the heater stopped working, they came within 5 minutes. The staff in the bar was a little rude and the arcade was overpriced. The location was awesome. Lots of restaurants and everything was in walking distance. I was very pleased....
