"Only issue was room service did not work from our room phone. Notified the front desk and just brushed it off. Well, It forced us to go out do it was good. Love this place still!"

"It was a great spacious property. Only negative is the amenities all were closed by 5pm or 6pm so if you are getting back from the parks in the heavy traffic you arrive back to your accomodations just as everything is closing so the evening is pretty boring"

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area

5/5 Excellent

"First Visit to West Gate Lake resort, nice small condos, kitchen was nice and had everything i needed to make home cook meals which beats any standard hotel motel room. Property was nicely maintanced, only had an issue with the room phone not working. Would love to see a water station near building 800 so i dont have to drive to lobby at night to grab water. Other than that, was an overall nice Property and staff were nice at the front desk when i needed couple bottles of water at 1am due to being out myself. Will like to visit again. "
