I consider myself a patient person and I understand mistakes happen, but the level of incompetence and poor service was off the charts for this resort. Checked in at 3:30 on a Thursday, received key and drove to our building and the key doesn’t work. Ok, it happens. Drive back to front office and they reset the keys, go back and key doesn’t work. Contact concierge and they said door battery might be dead and they will send someone to let us in. 45 minutes and security shows up to let us in and say engineer on way to fix door. Guy shows up and replaces battery then says security has to reprogram lock. It’s now 5:20 and we are starving so we leave for dinner while security is supposed to reprogram lock. Return to room at 8:50 and door still does not work. Drive back to front office and request a new room. They say No and they will send security to let us in. 1 hour goes by and security finally shows up and “informs” us the door doesn’t work, then takes our keys to go back and reprogram and leaves before I can say a word and request him to let us in the room. This goes on and on until 11:00pm when we finally get in the room, but THE LOCK STILL DOES NOT WORK!

We stayed here after our daughter and her family had a great experience here. From check-in to check-out, we also had a great stay. Everything was clean and beautiful. We especially liked having the washer/dryer in our suite-what a great convenience. Having the exterior door rather than entering through an interior hallway is also nice. Both check-in and check-out were fast and easy. We ordered food from the onsite restaurant and it was fast and tasty. The whole property was clean, beautiful, safe, well cared for. We will definitely stay here again.

it was very bad experience with Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando first the room was nice and big we stayed for 4 nights we had problems since the first day we arrived the key didn't work at the door they let the workers opened it for us then we couldn't leave the room because we had to wait for them to fix the door after all of that after we put all the the close and the stuff in yhe room they told us that we had to switch the room and my wife is pregnant. then they charge us 35 every day for room service as they sed but no one came to the room to clean or to see if we need anything. theen we saw this lizard at the room it was died idk since when so and saw bugs all around the night stands and with all of that they sed they can't control those things thats my first and last stay with them and i don't don't recommend anyone to try it here.
