"Our secrets tulum stay was wonderful. Booking excursions was easy and convenient without anyone being pushy. The transportation from and to hotel felt very safe as the Amstar staff was always available at the hotel. The resort staff was amazing. The staff concierge Marlen went above and beyond to meet our every request. She was very pleasant and quick to respond via text. She not only booked our reservations for restaurants but also followed up to ensure everything went well. The beach at zamna was private and beautiful. We loved it. We enjoyed the food and hospitality there as well. Our best time was at the Olio restaurant where we went 3 times because the whole staff from Sergio the server, Rene the manager to the Chef Gonzalo gave us an amazing experience. Chef Gonzalo made special meals only for us to meet our diet needs. Every single item he made was delicious. Our many thanks to the whole staff of secrets for making my wife’s birthday trip special. "Il mio soggiorno in questo angolo di paradiso a Tulum è stato semplicemente meraviglioso. Fin dal primo momento, il personale caloroso e attento mi ha fatta sentire come a casa, accolta con un sorriso genuino che ha reso ogni interazione speciale. L’hotel è una piccola gemma nascosta, impreziosita da un giardino tropicale ben tenuto: rigoglioso, molto curato, un rifugio naturale che mi ha regalato dei momenti di pace e connessione con la bellezza della natura. Soggiornare qui é stato uno dei momenti più rilassanti del mio viaggio. La piscina, seppur di dimensioni contenute, è perfetta: pulita e ben progettata e con un design che si incassa in maniera particolare poiché non é la classica piscina che in europa siamo abituati a vedere. La stanza, confortevole e ben equipaggiata, aveva davvero tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno: ogni comodità a portata di mano, con attenzione ai dettagli che mi ha fatto pensare alla cura e all’amore con cui questo hotel viene gestito. Il sonno è stato profondo e sereno sebbene sia localizzato su una strada molto trafficata, non ho avuto alcuna molestia. Tornerò sicuramente, con la certezza di ritrovare lo stesso calore, la stessa serenità e la stessa magia che hanno reso il mio soggiorno indimenticabile. Un grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff: siete il vero tesoro di questo luogo!"

"What a great experience. Naala is exactly what it advertises itself as - a 3.5 star hotel with some blemishes but an eagerness to succeed. When we go back to Tulum we will stay at Naala again! The hotel is tucked back off the road. The outdoor lobby is quite welcoming but does show some wear but the front desk service was professional. The courtyard was so relaxing - while you can hear the music from the rooftop, the hammocks and waterfalls make it a perfect place to chill before or after your day. We splurged on the "family apartment" as it was not that much more than a single room and gave us a huge amount of space. The patios and balconies are a little light on furniture, so glad for the courtyard. Room was clean, beds were wickedly comfortable and showers were strong. We felt safe. There are some good restaurants within 100 yards and downtown is only a 20-minute walk but the best meals we had on our trip were at the Naala rooftop restaurant. Highly recommend. Reasonably priced as well. Salmon was perfect. Breakfast farmers omelet (I got well done) was fantastic. Smoothie was nice - they use ice and agave nectar (order accordingly). Order a drink from the restaurant and bring it to the rooftop pool - plenty of seating. The best part of the roof is the unobstructed view (think sunrise and sunset). You can see the Tulum heritage site and the ocean from the roof. As the hotel does not supply extra water, we were very happy to find an Oxxo and a 7-eleven only steps away"
