"Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower. My room has a really nice patio that overlooked the canal which was very nice. Very good location."

We were grateful for their kindness and support throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us make bookings in the area, figure out transportation, and adjust our plans. "Charming small hotel walkable to the grand canal and saint mark’s square. Since it is small, the rooms face right out to the street and the walls are thin. For light sleepers like me, you can hear any activity going on outside. The free breakfast was great and the staff is lovely and helpful!"

"Perfect spot, very close to St Mark's, but nice and quiet. My room had a beautiful view out onto the canal. The room was large with a really nice modern bathroom, shutters to keep out the sun, and a bed that was actually very comfortable! (Something many many hotels lack) "

"Property was in an excellent location on a quiet street, staff was knoweledgablw and very helpful. Rooms could use some updating.( small damge to walls etc...) inluded breakfast that we were carged for and not allowed to decline left something to be desired. All this aside i would recommend this location ."

"Small family run hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful with eating/activity suggestions. Great location - close to restaurants and vaporetto stop. Close enough to San Marco, but without the crowds. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower worked well, as did the air conditioner. Hotel has a lift, which is a bonus in Venice. Would recommend."
