"Lovely stay in Venice. Although advertised as WiFi available there wasn’t. Was given details to link to hotel next door but didn’t work. Room was top floor with small balcony looking over rooftops, it was lovely but a very hot radiator in bathroom which we couldn’t adjust made room very warm. Breakfast was continental butwas plentiful with good choices. Reception staff very helpful. Short walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marc’s."

Felt that they were genuinely wanting to help with any query I had. Breakfast is included and they give you a brilliant selection of food which sets you off perfectly for the day. "The room was spacious, the beds comfortable - we got good nights' sleep. Location was convenient to get around Venice. Staff were very accomodating. Breakfast had many options, including your choice of coffee/cappucino, etc. A/C worked well. Bathroom sink had plenty of counter space. Would stay here again."

"I have just returned from a weekend stay in one of the deluxe rooms. I could find no fault at all. The room was spotless and very comfortable with fantastic views over the canal. The staff were also fantastic, very professional and helpful. I will definitely book here agian when i return to Venice."

"Gentleman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and friendly. Rooms are definitely dated, bed was uncomfortable and bathrooms (single room) were very tiny, I could barely move after I got out the shower. My room has a really nice patio that overlooked the canal which was very nice. Very good location."

"Best hotel we stayed at in Venice. Staff were fantastic, easy 5 minute walk to St Marks Square, the hotel breakfast is fantastic. Especially with a family of 4 this place was perfect. Good beds and amazing cappuccinos made free each morning. I’d recommend for sure !"
