"Nice property. Very small. Smelled old and musty but felt clean. Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly! Wish there was more food options but Venice is full of food so it wasn't too challenging. One thing i really wish is that there was more decoration or home touches to the place. All around it was fine but my room did feel like a white walled closet and did not help with my mental space while I was there. Could just be a me thing though!"

"Great value room in an excellent location. As with many Venetian hotels, it didnt have a lift so a flight or two with luggage was necessary. As I took the Alilaguna lines Blue water taxi from the airport, it was especially easy from San Zaccharia stop with only one canal crossing (with suitcase) ! Room was a good size and clean. Bed was quite hard but I slept well."

"Perfect location; short and easy walk from San Zaccaria waterbus stop (no bridges to cross), then 5-10 minute walk to San Marco and 10-15 minute walk to Rialto. Plenty of restaurants and shops locally. Nice and clean hotel with big rooms and very clean. Friendly staff. Recommended for mid-price in Venice. "

We were grateful for their kindness and support throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to help us make bookings in the area, figure out transportation, and adjust our plans. The property is nice and the area isn't as populated by tourists which we preferred. The courtyard behind the building is beautiful and likely used...
