"Location excellent. The staff were very good. Jessica on the front desk was fantastic and very helpful with information about Cartagena restaurants, things to do and general information. A minor flaw was that some parts of the facility needed a little updating."

"This property was a dream from day one until we left! Starting with Benjamin at the reception and the ladies that worked the kitchen, it felt like we were staying with family! The location of the hotel is superb, a walk from everywhere. The roof top pool and the views were excellent. We travel a lot & our main complain are the mattresses & pillows, but not here, best night sleep outside our home. Already planning our next stay at Casa Claver!"

"El hotel es muy bonit y limpio por dentro. En las fotos ofrecen una piscina qué no es piscina ya no tiene profundidad. En las habitaciones entra un poco el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. El staff es muy amable. El elevador huele a aceite"

"Beautiful and clean property, smooth check in, good restaurant however breakfast was not up to part with the property, the restaurant menu for lunch amd dinner was awesome however slow at times, they need to concentrate on getting better quality of food for breakfast, cream cheese was awful, salmon was not top quality and they had no bacon strips or house potatoes. Otherwise I would give them a five star "

"There are several “luxury” options for accommodations in El Centro. This property was perfectly located. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool area was very special. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel was not noisy and the room were set back from the street. Highly recommend."
