The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful. The rooftop pool area was very special. The rooms were large and clean. The hotel was not noisy and the room were set back from the street. The only other disappointment was the boat ride to the hotel’s private island as the winds were so strong that the rides (40 minutes to an hour) were very uncomfortable, our time there cut short due to the need to start back earlier than advertised and the wind was so strong that eating was near impossible."
