Its location is more conveniently located closer to nightlife, the local activity and restaurants than many other brand name or more advertised hotels. The staff are wonderful and their rooftop allows a daytime escape from the hustle and bustle when needed. "Very cute colonial hotel. Doesn’t have all the modern amenities and rooms are a little cramped and can get stuffy, but that isn’t surprising for a historic building. Staff was wonderful and had excellent recommendations"

"Second time there and it’s still a 5 star boutique hotel. They added so many great upgrades since my last visit. An actual speak easy bar hidden within the walls of the front lobby only for hotel guests is a unique touch. The only downside is for my makeup ladies the lighting isn’t good in the bathroom for makeup."
