"The hotel is great. Rooms comfortable and staff friendly. The food in the restaurant is excellent and pool on the roof top has a wonderful view, but the area is incredibly noisy at night. We had a room looking over the square to the front of the building but the noise at night is insufferable. We had to move our room to the side of the building. Colombians never sleep they party all night long! Cartagena is a wonderful place to visit we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return. The...

"We booked a package deal on Expedia and found it to be a great value. Although our room was a bit on the smaller side, it was still very comfortable. It turned out to be a perfect spot to celebrate my 50th birthday! Despite being located on a bustling street, the rooms were surprisingly soundproof, ensuring a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed winding down each evening on the rooftop with a glass of wine. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great central location. Friendly/helpful staff. Annoying that you have to knock on an unassuming door to get in but easy after you figure it out and I guess it’s for security purposes. Would opt out of or not pay for breakfast if that is extra cause it was pretty bland and unexciting. Nice steam sauna though. "
