"Rooms shabby in parts. Bathroom very dated. We were celebrating an anniversary and special birthday but all we had was writing on a mirror. This was a disappointment. I also thought I left my watch in the room after checkout. I called to find out. Never heard back from them. They could have at least phoned to say they hadn’t located it. Breakfast felt rushed and was buffet whereas before it was al la carte. Don’t feel it’s 5 stars. It so could be with more attention to detail "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean (apologies if we didn't leave it as found!) and everything we needed was there. As long as you can manage the stairs, you will settle in very nicely. Heating easy and very efficient, nothing was missing."

"fleeting visit to cardiff, and booked this hotel. not heard of before. but impressed rooms that we had were massive, comfortable. and cannot fault for price we paid. definitely will use again when in cardiff again. easy walk to mermaid bay and the lovely eateries there and the beautiful theatre. did not grab food in hotel as previous things booked elsewhere . but looked good from what i saw. thank you "
