"Another wonderful evening at the Parkgate Hotel (even though it was not all for fun) We had an arranged early check-in from Richard, which was a huge blessing and very much appreciated as it was a busy weekend. We had a small plumbing issue in our room, but the staff worked quickly (as always) to have someone come look at the issue, and they were able to resolve the problem without any interruption.
