The staff deserves special mention for their attentiveness and friendliness. Salome, Martha, Victor, Layder, Adelio and Juan D. went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect in every way. Majestic Resort Punta Cana truly lives up to its name, offering an unforgettable experience that combines elegance, comfort, and excellent hospitality. "Just finished up 8 nights at this resort. Had the best time. The grounds are awesome. Loved how calm the water was at the beach and clean white sand. Never an issue to get a lawn chair. Food was awesome but get your reservations from guest services when you get there. This is not a party resort so there isn’t much night life. Loved that they had Corona beer and just so many different places to lounge around. The entertainment is much better on the family side which you have access to. Had a lot of fun playing basketball and participating in the competitions with the entertainment team over there. We booked an excursion with the guy walking around the resort he did not give us the full story and there are many other options if you just go to the main lobby and speak to the staff there. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely come back and highly reccomend this resort."

"The overall welcoming environment throughout the property. The layout of the buildings, surrounded by swimming pools, the shaded areas and all the amenities for relaxing and enjoying are superior. Evening shows were very nice. The superior rating also goes to the staff. I have names of people who were so gracious in making my vacation so pleasant. I want to name them here because I hope they get the recognition they deserve for being so nice to us. They are Jacob (he solved so many problems for all our group every day of our stay. He checked with us (we were a group of 8) every day and always with a friendly smile and can do attitude, also I give recognition to Jose Luis, Kelin, Isabel, Noemi, Ana Maria, Kaira, Lissette, Jesus, Julio and Anthony Sierra. I'm not listing here all the bartenders that served us the most delicious Mojitos or the room staff that were so accommodating because I failed to get their names. Please make sure how appreciated they are. Your property is a five star hotel and a cruise ship all in one because of the kind of service you provided. The only negative is that we had some leaking from the Jaccusi area upstairs due to a strong rain shower. We called Jacob and he immediately solved the problem for us. Also the air conditioning needs to be very cold otherwise the room gets damp and the ceiling gets wet. We recommend that it is inspected carefully because that could damage the structure of the walls and ceiling"
