"I don’t even know where to start. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely A1. I surprised my husband with a trip to Cap Cana for his birthday, and from the moment we arrived we were treated so graciously. During our check in process we were served very refreshing coconut water as well as some margaritas to kick off the weekend. Check in was quick and we were escorted to our room. After one and half hour searching for the property that nobody knew, plus an hour trying to get it sort out with your rep over the phone ...THAT WAS NO HELP AT ALL... you have the audacity to send two emails asking how my trip was??? I have been doing business with expedia for the longest time and to tell you the truth my last 2 experiences have bee awful! GET TO KNOW YOUR PROPERTIES!!!! hire more staff to get better...
