"Overall a perfect experience. After checking in, we asked to switch to a room with two beds since I wasn't feeling well. I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys. When we came back, our belongings were already transferred. The new room was perfect, and it still had a canal view... Very impressive service. Id definitely recommend this property and would definitely return. "
