"We got a nice upgrade to a family suite that was very comfortable. The WiFi worked well on the 3rd floor; he had installed a repeater. There was TV, but we didn’t speak Italian so we didn’t watch. The bathroom was a little small, but at least it was an ensuite. It was an easy walk to the vaporetto stop on the north as well as the south side of Venice. Nicola was very friendly and helpful and available whenever we needed him. It is a very nice property. Venice is a city of lots of walking!"

"We do not recommend staying here. I had high hopes as my conversations with the company before arrival was pleasant. They seemed to be very accommodating so thought this would be a nice stay. The man, Stefano, who checked us in was great and helpful! The issues started when we got to the “hotel”. - Our coffee machine didn’t work.
