"The only negative was the hotel offers a trip to Murano but transportation is only to and from one glass factory and you learn that once you are there not in advance. The glass factory applied tremendous and uncomfortable sales pressure making it an unpleasant experience. I would recommend getting to Murano independently."

I became injured while on our stay in Venice. We had made arrangements for a shared water taxi from the hotel to the Venice train station. Due to a sprained ankle I would not be able to walk to St. Mark's Square to meet our "shared" water taxi. The hotel made arrangements for our "shared" water taxi to pick us up at the Columbina Hotel. We were very grateful for the assistance they provided for us. We would recommend staying at the Columbina Hotel when you vacation in Venice."
