"This rooms are becoming a little dated and on our most recent stay the carpet in our room clearly needed re-doing and it could have been a little cleaner overall, but we continue to stay here because it's a fantastic location with the monorail right outside, shopping malls and eating within walking distance, and one of the best breakfasts buffets in the world."

There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service??
