"We had a great stay at this great property, which is in a fab location in KL. The suite was spacious and spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered plenty choice for all pallets, and is served in a lovely room by the pool. I’d highly recommend for a city break on KL. However, our stay ended on a disappointing note with damaged clothes due to bleach in the pool area, and whilst the hotel staff was empathetic and promised to investigate, we’re still awaiting an outcome. "This is a great value apartment with incredible views of the new tower (2nd tallest in world) and at first glance looks amazing. However, it's a bit grubby and tired but bear in mind you get the Ramada Hotel facilities of gym, infinity pool etc at a bargain price. Really good location for exploring but bring ear plugs as there are clubs and bars below that go on into the small hours - we were there Thursday to Sunday and it was noisy every night!"
