"What a great location! Shopping malls, food, train, hop on hop off starting station. And did I mention food - Jalan Alor, Damascus… The room is smallish, lacks places to keep your belongings but we’re talking trade offs here for a reasonably priced, clean, modern hotel in this location. Traffic can be crazy. Staff was great. Breakfast was good with good variety. "

"The hotel is in a position where there’s a lot of bars and clubs so if you’re going to relax, it’s gonna be a little hard in this hotel but the hotel is very nice so is the staff"

"This is a very central hotel in the Pavillion area and the price is a little higher accordingly. Staff very helpful. Room good although it seems there are Deluxe and ANSA Deluxe rooms. The latter have apparently been renovated. I have one of the slightly cheaper Deluxe rooms. Still nice but I expect it will be in line for an upgrade."

"Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station. "
