We had a wonderful stay at the ParkRoyal Serviced Suites. The location is very walkable with many restaurants nearby including Yaki Soul around the corner which was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and look forward to our next visit at ParkRoyal.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return.

We stayed at the Park Royal hotel last year and it was much closer to all amenities The serviced suites is not had but not as good as the hotel, bit walking distance to Bukit Bintang It's not top notch stay but its ok overall, friendly staff, accommodating and safe. The property itself is a bit old from inside however it looks great from outside The highlight was sky roof pool, was great, clean and the hot spa was magnificent Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is not be but is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, it gets really jammed up outside the hotel at times and in the night, especially weekends and publick holidays, the pubs round the corner can get really crowded and noisy.
