"The property was central to what I required for my stay in KL. The hotel lacked the provisions to be able to eat a breakfast. no fried eggs available-scramble eggs cold every day that I stayed . For Rm42 the breakfast rating is zero. One morning the breakfast Bar ran out of bake beans, why with kitchen staff on sight. My 15 day stay was great."

"The staff are all wonderful, very friendly but professional. The rooms were great with everything you would need for a few days in KL. The position is very near public transport which was reliable and quick. Grab works well but the traffic can be very busy. The shopping mall The pavilion was a mere 5 min stroll away and had good eateries, shops & coffee shops in an air conditioned mall. It was the start of the covered walkway to Petronas towers so a pleasant 15 minute stroll. Would definitely recommend if wanting a good 4 star hotel in KL"

"The service is a bit slow. We had to bring our luggage on our own. The washing machine was not working so went to a laundromat close by. They request cash for deposit and taxes which I found odd since most places do credit card these days"
