"The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean...

"Property is well kept, great location and convenient access to transportation. Helpfull and attentive staff. Food quality at the buffet restaurat, althought not bad, was not at par with the expectations generated by the type/level of the facility. That said, room service is good, and there are other high end, very good restaurants in the hotel complex that will not dissapoint. "

"Room is small, beds are hard, hot water worked only once after that no more hot water for the remainder of my stay, sheets looks unwashed, towels dont smeel little ke they put soap on it."

The room was clean and spacious where you could spread out your luggage(s). Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay here again. "
