"Great location, right next to the Bukit Bintang mall! I see location as a plus but some others might point out that texi always get stuck in traffic in that area. The hotel itself is very well designed. It is also being upkeeped in good condition. My room was very, very good. On negative sides I can say that I didn't like their breakfast buffet. "This "hotel" used to be condos so there is no reservation deck/reception which presents a unique problem. Someone meets in the entrance, no ID, no name tag or uniform. They give you two key cards but doesn't explain how you need to use them. You get a phone number if you need anything and i made more calls to that number than back home to my family! 1st room was so disgusting i wouldn't sit on the couch due to the stains.
