"Not sure if they put me in the wrong room or not, but the photos of the room was great, the room wasn't the same. Obviously they hired a fantastic photographer. The standard price of this room, apparently, is $100AUD. It was dropped to $50AUD for the following day, however, I had a discount to $25AUD. "The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service."

"The hotel was good for the price I paid. The room was very large and clean. We were lucky enough to have a partial view of the Petronas Towers which I was happy about. However, the room did have some moderate wear and tear. The walls really needed to be painted and the bathroom had a leaky roof which the hotel did address. Despite this I was was still a good stay."

"we had an excellent time in Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff were very friendly; especially shout out for Shervin, Akmal and Habibuz Jakir. They gone extra mile to make our staff comfortable. My only issue was noise from lifts shaft. I explained to staff and they changed our room from 2601 to 1816. But in this room we were disturbed by noise from the trains every 3 minutes. My only suggestion to improve experience is the Rooms should to be sound proof otherwise it an excellent hotel with nice location...
