Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. "The hotel is super convenient as it’s walking distance to Berjaya Time Square as well as Pavilion. 24hrs convenient store r super near by too. Craving for hotpot oso not an issue as e restaurant opposite opens till 5am. Famous The Oversea Restaurant is just next door. The staffs were super friendly and helpful as well. Just the carpet is kinda dirty and the shower drainage were slow towards our last day of stay. Highly recommended place to stay for the convenience of shopping."

"No flexibility for early check-in. They seem to only let everyone check-in at 3pm so a queue of people waiting. Suddenly at 3pm all rooms are ready. "

"Unless you book for 7 nights, there is no room service/cleaning and if you want clean towels you have to request them downstairs at the reception. We have had change of bed sheets for any of the 4 nights we stayed in the hotel."

"We were at the location but couldnt get hold of the property’s. We called more than 10 times and finally managed to speak to someone told us the room is not ready. We waited more than 2 hours when another person called and informed us that he will clean the place first so wanted us to go out for shopping until 6 pm whatsapp me that room is ready. Seems that hotel.com did not informed that we are checking in. I was so surprised with the kind of services that hotel.com is providing and reason not...

"It was excellent place to live. I took three family appartment. Overall good, but one thing i want to mentioned here, all of the bed mattresses are very poor/low quality. I cant sleep well. If they improve thar then best place to stay. "

"Property is very convenient for night market and also taxi. Good shopping and eating places close by. Property condition is not great as it is shown in photos. One can get a view of KL tower as well as Twin towers from the room. It is bit noisy in the night due to night activities in the night market. It goes on till midnight. "
