"Everything was great"

"There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them. "

"I was made to wait over 8 hours to check in only to be told my booking had been cancelled for an unknown reason. I booked again on 2 other sites & had confirmation but still I was unable to check in. This place is a shambles & I would not stay there even if I was paid to. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! "

"The room was very nice ,however from time to time it has some smell. I cleaned the room myself every 2nd day. I had to open the window inorder not to have that smell. It seem the smell is from the bathroom. Its away from all major places ."

"You are not booking with the hotel in the building - instead this is an apartment owned by a third party who is renting this out to you for a short term visit. The hotel will not assist you nor provide you same services. Check in is across the road in an office where you need to climb steps with your luggage and there is no safe or secure place to leave it, not an elevator. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired and there is mold and filth throughout the shower and pain peeling...

"In the centre , very near to go all the place. This my second time stay here. Clean room & comfortable bed. No amenities available in room & near by don’t haven’t 7eleven."
