"What makes a great hotel is the staff. From the Manager down everyone was well-trained, helpful and welcoming. It's in a great location just at the end of Chinatown about 10 mins from Birmingham New Street within easy reach of restaurants and bars. Although it's a budget hotel it's smart, modern and comfortable. Ok it may not have sophisticated dining but you can get pizza and a beer there. It's a budget hotel with luxury brand service. If I'm in Birmingham this will be my goto hotel."
