One huge bonus is for airplane spotters, the motel is across the street from the San Diego airport runway and you can spot planes landing almost directly over the motel. Try to get a room with a balcony to watch them. Noise was not an issue getting to sleep."

"I was really shocked; I've stayed at this location several times in the past. My room was clean for the most part (floor not clean). The bathroom was remolded, with new bathtub, the sick area was new as well. Love the bedding, and phone area was also an upgrade. Check in was very easy, and took no time at all, I needed a low-level room and was accommodated. Very close to food places, and 7-11, and other stores, freeway access wasn't bad either. For a 1 night say It wasn't bad at all."
