"Everything was amazing with the exception of the pillows and the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was broken, and after 2 nights of waking up with a stiff neck, we ended up rolling up blankets as pillows. "

"Great place. We had the suite and it was very nice. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and lots of water pressure. Location was great out just enough for the traffic to lighten up a little but close to everything. Close to Smokey Mountain Knife Works and about 15 minutes to Dollywood. The breakfast was very good. Will definitely be staying here again. Nice place"

"The room was clean, breakfast was good (sausage patties, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and other continental food), the lobby was festive and inviting. Great location, nice staff. The cons; the room needs updating. Our room had old lamps, old carpet and no USB ports. Two outlets did not work. We were there for three nights and they cleaned our room 1 time. Updating the rooms and changing the heat/air system in the room would boost their rating. "
