We stayed at this resort for a Dollywood trip. It is close to many of the Pigeon Forge attractions. We stayed in the two bedroom condo and it had everything we could need and was a great size. It had a fireplace and Christmas tree which we enjoyed. The condo was clean but the entrance needed some attention as someone had spilled a drink and it was not cleaned up while we were there. One elevator was closed for repairs. It was a short stay so we did not take advantage of the amenities the resort offers. I would stay here again if I were to return to the area.

We travel to Pigeon Forge once or twice a year. We have stayed here multiple times. The indoor pool and water slides are great for kids especially during the winter. Unfortunately we have noticed over time that the standard of cleanliness has declined and many of the rooms are in major need of updates and new furniture. With all of the options for places to stay we won’t be staying here again. The poor cleanliness and outdated rooms just aren’t worth the price.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fire pits and Christmas lights and hot tub. The elevator broke down one night. I was on the 4th floor and it was very difficult to use the steps due to physical issues. It was fixed the next day.

The holiday decorations and children’s amenities were definitely a big reason for my positive review, the staff was also very helpful and friendly. If there were one thing I would say is needed it would be new mattresses. The room was clean and spacious but the mattress was awful. I would definitely recommend for a family trip and because our god daughters loved it so much I am sure we will be back!
