"Our favorite Hotel in Pigeon Forge. However, this time the staff didn't seem as friendly... and the room just showed some overall age. We had a light out in the bathroom and the carpet was frayed in our room. Wasnt a huge issue but, since this was our 4th stay, we know this isn't the norm. We also didn't have coffee k-cups in our room and when they were requested, I wasn't treated very well it felt. "

"This was a great place to stay and the price was perfect. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was a good size and had good storage in the bathroom area. Only downside is the pool opens at 9:00am so sometimes kids noises would wake us up. "

"My husband is handicap and at check in they arraigned the room to be very accessible for him. The front desk was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we have stayed there, but not the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We didn't take advantage, but in the evening there were several families swimming and the pool area looked fantastic."
