There was always confusion at the front desk. they have a bar but it is limited. restaurant is terrible! they should just give you a breakfast and have a light happy hour for the price you pay. paper thin walls . never again

While this Hotel is not walkable to shopping and dining it is located perfectly to get around. It’s located above the Island and is a short drive to anywhere you want to walk, shop, or eat. The Cambria is clean, has comfortable beds, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect! The hotel is beautiful! Only complaint was the TV; it kept periodically “resetting” and then it would go back to Home Screen, and also we were unable to get Netflix!

Staff was very put offish. The bar was super expensive. There was still grout on floor in bathroom. You could see underneath the door to the connecting room. You could hear every room above and next to you talking. Was put in handicap accessible room which was not needed and the blinds in the room would randomly go up by themselves. When staff was told they seemed unbothered.

They need to work on cleanliness and customer service. Their staff is not experienced. Also, the room had an annoying fan that ran all night and it wouldn’t turn off.

The room I was given had a dirty toilet, the second room had hairs on the floor so I can tell that the cleanliness is not very good. Staff needs more customer service modals such as good night or you are welcome. Beds were uncomfortable. For a hotel that doesnt have breakfast and everything else is average I would book somewhere else.

Honestly, we visit the Pigeon Forge area multiple times each year and the Cambria Hotel was the nicest hotel we have stayed in! It is as nice as hotels in the area that are two times the price. We will definitely stay at the Cambria every time we visit the area.
