The hotel was wonderful! Great amenities, clean overall and comfortable. The view from the room was gorgeous.The staff were very helpful, friendly and understood English! The breakfast had A LOT of options and was delicious! We were just surprised that the waiters at the restaurant (not the breakfast one) were rude and not friendly at all 🤔 the hotel staff though were amazing. Greatly recommended overall!

Ok for short stay.
We had a flight next day so it was just a quick overnight stay. We were quite impressed with the grandeur of the lobby so in contrast it makes the room feel quite grabby. mold in the bathroom tiles is noted. The reception staff are helpful.

Not as bad as the reviews make out.
We were about to cancel the hotel stay after reading recent reviews. However we are glad we didn't. Fair enough, some bits of the room decor were a little worn and the shower head did have a sideways leak. But for a one or two night stay, it was absolutely fine. Bedding was clean as was the bathroom.

For a one night stand
The reception and the staff were helpful and good. The room was clean and tidy. But I think they gave the preparation of the breakfast to a catering company. You can't find what you want. For example, when you ask for an omelet at breakfast, they can say that there is no omelet left. Don't have high expectations. It is suitable for a one-night stay.

Stay wasn’t amazing! Buffet was average, we had to ask for a bed for our son 3 times, asked to have our fridge replaced 3 times as the one in our room wasn’t working and it smelled really bad. We had to ask to have our room cleaned after the first day - we stayed 5nights. They didn’t clean the room the last day. Wait staff at the restaurant have to be called over for service. Hotel is musty and old.

"Comfortable Stay with Minor Inconveniences – Woul
I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience was positive. The reception and check-in process were quick and straightforward. The room was spacious enough, although it didn't have a mini bar. However, complimentary instant coffee and tea were provided. If you're someone who drinks a lot of water, be prepared to bring extra or order additional bottles, as the provided supply might not be sufficient. During my stay, the weather in Istanbul was mild, but I found that the air conditioning system was not functioning properly. When I tried to use it for heating, it made the room feel colder instead of warmer. The hotel itself is quite large. My booking did not include breakfast, so I didn’t have the chance to try their food, but I found out that breakfast costs 750 TL (approximately $22). The staff were friendly, and room service was efficient and prompt. Despite the minor inconveniences, I would definitely stay here again.

"Leider war ich mit einigen Aspekten meines Aufenthalts nicht zufrieden. In der Dusche war der Duschkopf stark verschimmelt, und die Brause funktionierte nicht richtig – das Wasser kam kaum durch und lief stattdessen unten aus dem Anschluss. Zusätzlich war das Wasser meist kalt, was den Komfort erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Das Zimmer wurde meist erst am zweiten Tag gereinigt, und ich musste häufig nach Toilettenpapier und Handtüchern fragen. Der Wechsel dieser erfolgte nur unregelmäßig. Es gibt definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial, insbesondere im Bereich Hygiene, Wartung und Service. Gerne gebe ich noch detaillierteres Feedback, wenn gewünscht."
