"The staff were really helpful on the day after we arrived. The reception gave us a map and talked us through all the attractions. They gave us tips and were always quick to react when we asked for anything. The breakfast was a great start to she day. There was sufficient choice for breakfast and you certainly would not stay hungry but it would be lovely if there was a protein choice for those who do not eat meat or eggs. Sonething like beans, tofu or another protein. I would definitely stay here...

"In the past two years ive recommended at least 6 contacts from around the world to stay at this hotel i was upgraded when i checked in which was fantastic. The location is perfect for business but also is very close to the Bosporus and seeing sunrise and sunsets from your room are incredible . The food at the hotel is excellent with lots of different restaurants one which remains open until 3 a.m. and has lots of TV’s where you are able to watch sporting events . "It isnl the third time I stay DoubleTree Old Town. It's conveniently located near the old town, walkable distance to Gran Bazaar, Aya Sofia etc. Tram T1 and Metro M2 are very close. Breakfast is good value, the spa is nice and it's really a plus after a long day walking. "

"Very pleased with this hotel, was in a great location within walking distance of all the main sightseeing areas in the old town. Also walking distance to the tram station and a further 20 minute walk to Eminonu - from where you can take the ferry . The room was nice with a separate space for keeping bags and with an inbuilt safe. The front desk was very helpful . Bell boys were very helpful in showing us the right train station and how to go about it. Complimentary breakfast was an absolute delight with wonderful menu options and being on the rooftop had a good view of the city "
