"I absolutely love this hotel. We were given an upgrade to a higher floor with an amazing view of the Bosphorus Bridge upon arrival. Kudos to Tufan for his kindness and the upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially our cleaning lady Zulekha (not sure if I spelled her name right) and Sader, Said, and Omer at the Restaurant....

"All was good, except that when I arrived to the hotel it was not clear where I can park my car, so I had to drive ad additional 1 km for a public auto-park, then walk back to the hotel. "

Amazing Hotel!

"I absolutely love this hotel. We were given an upgrade to a higher floor with an amazing view of the Bosphorus Bridge upon arrival. Kudos to Tufan for his kindness and the upgrade. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with very fluffy pillows. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful shower. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially our cleaning lady Zulekha (not sure if I spelled her name right) and Sader, Said, and Omer at the Restaurant. The food was very tasty and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We ate dinner several times at the 18th floor restaurant and truly enjoy the barbecue chicken. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s located in a very nice area with lots of restaurants, an exchange office and a grocery store nearby. "
