"The staff was very accommodating due to changing our room. Our assigned room was next to a little yapping dog that never settled down. Upon request we were immediately given a new room and an apology. Beds are comfortable and the room very clean."

"This was an older property, but it had been upgraded really nicely. The mattress was a little soft for our liking, and it only had three small pillows, also the railway lone is close by so about every 4 hours or so it sounds like a freight train is coming through the door. Honestly we would never stay in this City again but it has nothing to do with the hotel"

"The people at the counter both morning and night (same couple) were amazingly friendly and happy. Do you know how few happy tenants I see? Very few. This was a clean, comfortable relaxing stay and their happiness rubbed off on me after a very long Route66 trip - excellent job!!!!"
