"Security guard at the front of the hotel 24/7 Clean rooms Great Air Conditioning Room was a bit on the small side, but managable. "The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards."

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
