I am very impressed by Pavilion Hotel ! The staffs , the comfort of the room, and the very convenient area, food and necessities are all within walking distance! I like this hotel very much, it is connected to the mall! Next ，I had a small problem with my room and they took care of it right away! Every employee is friendly! Warm hospitality of this hotel make me feel like at home! Pavilion Hotel will be my primary choice for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur!

The overall service was good. Friendly front desk and concierge. I have given them 5 stars during my earlier stay in this property. However, this time I'm a bit doubt about the cleanliness of the room. Myself and parents were staying there for one nigh in two separate rooms. Myself and father both have eyes infection and both of my legs are itchy and feeling like bug bites or dust mite in the room. They have taken and received the photos from me but still haven't heard anything from them.

We stayed on the lounge level. The room was beautiful, and access to lounge was great. The cocktail hour (I don't remember the actual name) offered a wide variety of food and drinks every day. We had one small issue with housekeeping, but it was immediately rectified. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was a wide array of choices, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The staff were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is part of the Pavilion shopping center which offers everything and anything. One doesn’t have to ever leave the complex. Breakfast is crowded and food is just ok, but because there’s so much food in the mall it’s not a big deal. There was a bit of noise in the courtyard our first night and the staff tried to do their best to remedy the problem. Quite satisfied overall.
