"The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall."

"Room is small, beds are hard, hot water worked only once after that no more hot water for the remainder of my stay, sheets looks unwashed, towels dont smeel little ke they put soap on it."

"No early morning cafe is open before 8 am. Property was ok not great. Hotel charged extra for 3rd person though bed could sleep 3, this does not happen in the US. Service was very good. "

"Amazing hotel great staff and service. For kids you are only allowed in one pool that does not get a lot of sun but other than that it is in an amazing location. Right next to pavilion and Rex. Staff are amazing. "
