"This hotel is conveniently located just over the central railroad station. There are lots of restaurants in the shopping centre next to the railroad station and the breakfast that is included in the hotel is excellent. "

"Had a good experience from the day we checked in (assisted by Hezren, thank you for the great help) to the housekeeping (example when we asked for plates and cutlery, it arrived super fast!) Services aside, the room is big enough with bathtubs and toilet is separated from the main wash area.. the area is also quite near a mall Nu Sentral (i think?) with food, shopping and services (manicure etc) The only not so positive thing is that some furniture and fixtures seems abit worn out but not a major issue!"

"Lovely hotel with amazing views of the Twin Towers. Close to dining and shopping. Lovely hotel and do check out the magnificent bar and pool upstairs. "

"Great place to stay in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Convenient access to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang area and not too far from Petronas Towers. Pool could be a bit better but overvall great hotel with very nice rooms."

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The only issue was that the towels appeared worn out from overuse."
