"We booked on the same day, and ended up with a nice spacious room, an incredibly warm welcome from the manager at reception, Verren, and she even went as far as to provide us with a lovely card and gift as we mentioned it was our honeymoon. She couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is in a great location just outside of Queenstown, with a few places to eat and drink nearby and a short distance away from Shotover Jet. There are nice views of the hills nearby, too. "

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. If we do come back to Queenstown, I would stay here again. "
