We had a very comfortable stay at Mercure Resort Queenstown. It has jacuzzi, pool, sauna gym and what not. Located at a convenient location. Highly recommended!

This property was OK for the stay. It is a Little dated inside and out. It is a way out of town but we knew this during the booking. People who do not choose to walk would find this an issue. The bar food was adequate and the staff were friendly always. There was a shortage of staff that made wait times longer for food etc. Breakfast was great

Loved the resort, the pool, the bar & restaurant. Great views, quiet, and overall good value for money (for Queenstown!) I guess only thing I'd say is the minifridge was so small and full of minibar items that we couldn't fit our own things...

We always opt to stay at Mercure due to the convenience of it. The buffet breakfast is overpriced for a small eater - paid $30 odd dollars for a piece of toast and drink. Otherwise can’t complain.
