"We booked on the same day, and ended up with a nice spacious room, an incredibly warm welcome from the manager at reception, Verren, and she even went as far as to provide us with a lovely card and gift as we mentioned it was our honeymoon. She couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The hotel is in a great location just outside of Queenstown, with a few places to eat and drink nearby and a short distance away from Shotover Jet. There are nice views of the hills nearby, too. "

"Welcoming on arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. Our bedroom had the river view which was stunning and the bedroom was spacial and clean. The breakfast menu had good choices and the hotel proximity provided wonderful views of the Shot over river. The spa, sauna and pool were easily accessible and beautifully presented with the marble and tiles a feature. We would definitely recommend and would like to definitely stay again."
