"Really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff— everyone we encountered was really top notch. The main appeal of this property was the outdoor pool. It did the trick but would have loved it to be cooler, not bathwater temp. Appreciated that it’s no-kids after 6p. Food (poolside and room service breakfast) was great, which seems rare at hotels. Drinks were hit or miss but loved the peach frose. The design of common spaces is lovely. Our room’s aesthetic was a bit “off” but...

"The location was great. We were upgraded to the PH which I appreciated because it was a bit larger than the standard room. Older hotels in NYC are small. None of the ice machines on the floors worked. bar prices were very high but we got a coupon for a free drink in the library only which was great."
