"The suite and resort decor was second to none. Very top shelf for a family type resort. The buffet assortment and layout was even top shelf (and 7 restaurants). "The property is beautiful and very well kept. The food wasn't spectacular but ok for an all inclusive. The staff was very nice but sometimes hard to communicate with. Our flight returning home was delayed 3 hours but they gave us the option of keeping our room - $40/hour or just hanging out and having access to all the facilities-which is what we did. We went on one excursion - that I arranged myself- and the surrounding areas seemed kind of sketchy. "

"Great pool, beach and staff"

"The property is nice, quiet and family friendly. Two pools, a water park and the beach is plenty of daytime entertainment. The main buffet has a wide enough selection not to get boring although not so wide to be overwhelming. Breakfast & lunch service is good, dinner time less so. I suppose the better servers are at the a la carte restaurants. We've been twice in 2024 and plan to return in 2025."
