"We enjoyed staying at the property. The space was great for our vacation. It was clean, had everything we needed. Communication, though was horrible. It gave me a lot of stress, as upon our arrival to Tulum, which was after 4pm check in time, we haven’t received any instructions. I had filled out the form with my whats app information as they asked during the booking process, but no messages were received. It took me a while to find any contact information of the properties, as they haven’t been responding to my expedia messages. Once I found their whats app number, they sent all the check in information immediately. I tried writing to them again during my stay but they have not responded either. "
