"Really nice, clean, opulent and nice place to stay. I have asked and received a quiet room and had a really nice dinner. Ok, I could have bought two meals elsewhere but it was really tasty and enjoyable. My only comment is that it is very difficult to understand the English of the team members. It’s not specific to this hotel but a good level of understandable English would have been so welcomed.."

The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, theres not even space to open your luggage, there is also no furniture besides a bed, desk & desk chair. There is 0 noise insulation, you can hear everything from the corridors, the AC is also very noisy, the curtains are also not black out. The overall cleanliness of the room & bathroom also need massive improvement. "

"Good stay in By the Sea. Lovely and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, big and have really good sea views. The bed was comfortable and overall the state of our rooms were exemplary. We were provided with a beach bag with mat, towels and umbrella. Perfect for days out on the beach! Breakfast options were rather limited as you have to order your hot food as opposed to buffet. There is buffet though for fruits, salads and pastries. The location was perfect for a quiet stay in Phuket. Would...

"Big clean rooms and room is equipped with fridge and kettle. I booked the room for 3 person but they did not provide extra bed ao I slept on the sofa bed which is comfortable. Location is good but only if you have your own transport. "

"Absolutely beautiful property and staff were amazing. Be prepared to use a taxi to get to Ao Yon Beach as the hill is not a pleasant walk. Everything else about the Loft was amazing. "
