"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes of driving from he phuket old town or phuket central shppoing mall. "Phuket Panwa is a great hotel in a quiet and scenic location. A stretch to call it 5-stars, but it would certainly make a great 4-star hotel. The rooms were dated, but very comfortable. "To the owners of this hotel.... Receptionist was extremely rude, not helpful and pushy. Hot water didn't work properly, had to get a room change to use wi-fi and breakfast was less than satisfactory. The only positive was the bag-man who was quick and helped out as much as possible. "
