Family with two teenage boys, we stayed in two bedrooms villa with private pool. The villa was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good variety and fresh, good coffee. We got access to the club lounge, which it was cosy and relaxing and good finger foods.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Across from the Otop Markets and walking distance to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Bangla Road. The hotel also offers a free shuttle that can drop you off at the beach or the shopping mall

I would absolutely recommend this property for an extended stay. From the start, the whole receiving staff was beyond helpful and so willing to make us comfortable. Massive thanks to Miss Boko at from reception for making our stay extra comfortable and safe. Great facilities and very clean property, housekeeping everyday, many in room amenities and extremely reasonably priced mini bar! Super close to all the night life and markets, tourist info right next door, and a laundry service right at the corner of the street that offers next day service for cheap! Thanks to everyone at Grand Mercure.
